ESSA Internship Programme

If you’re a recent graduate, it can feel like you’re stuck in a Catch 22 situation…. You can't get a job because you don’t have enough experience, but how can you get the experience you need without having a job??

On top of this, if you want to work in the charity sector, you are also likely to be faced with fierce competition. First of all - don’t panic - the first step to building your career is to get a foot in the door. This is where ESSA can help.

Join our internship programme and you won’t be stuffing envelopes and making the tea. We have real jobs that are seriously challenging and will give your CV the experience you need to get into the job you want.

Positions vary hugely from research, events organisation, project coordination and everything in between. The basic contract though is always the same:
